With over 15 years in telecommunications, John brings creativity, resilience, and genuine care to every customer relationship. Starting his career in finance, he developed a sharp eye for value and built strong partnerships that now shape TTC’s tailored solutions. His true passion is helping people and showing them a telephone company can be a trusted advocate, not just another vendor.

Based in a Chicago suburb, John enjoys golf, karaoke, fitness, and Italian beef sandwiches. He and his wife, Nicole, embrace new experiences with their two dogs, Mack and Briella. Inspired by his late mother, Mary Ann, John leads with heart and purpose.

With over 30 years in telecommunications, Ron has helped shape networks and infrastructure for casinos, airports, military bases, hotels, banks, and more across North America. Starting in payphones, his expertise grew into designing and building large-scale systems that keep businesses connected and running smoothly.

Ron combines his technical knowledge with a background in construction to deliver practical, end-to-end solutions. He has partnered with notable clients including Senators Barack Obama and Carol Moseley Braun, the USMC, and several major airports and 911 centers. A proud Chicago native, Ron enjoys traveling, cooking, volunteering, and embracing his city’s culture.

Nicole leads The Telephone Company with a clear vision and a talent for turning complex data into actionable strategies. With over 20 years of leadership in healthcare, analytics, and operations, she now applies her expertise to drive innovation and enhance telecom performance. Previously, she guided AI-powered analytics at GoBel Group, built data pipelines and reports at Northwestern Medicine, and honed her skills in systems and process optimization at Northwestern Memorial Foundation.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys cooking, discovering music, traveling with her family, attending EDM festivals, and spending time with her two dogs—always exploring new ideas and experiences.
